I bought a bouquet of flowers from #appleyardflowers for Valentines Day, and it arrived, on time as expected, which is great. Sadly within a few days, the Peonies in the bouquet have not come out and are looking somewhat worse for wear, which was very disappointing, as it was the Peonies that I really wanted to be the centre piece of the bouquet, as it’s my partners favourite flowers.
Therefore I got in contact with Appleyard by email and received an instant automated reply, which then gave instructions on how to quickly go online and request a store credit, simply by uploading a photo of the problem.
