Morrisons The Best event takes 25% off with a More Card

Morrisons is taking 25% off hundreds of foods in its The Best and The Best Signature Collection ranges from Monday 2nd to Sunday 8th November 2026. You’ll need a More Card to get the lower prices in store or online. Two sirloin steaks and a pack of beef dripping chips come to £13.95, but some of the more useful buys for a weekly shop are the £3 sausages and the 500ml bottle of olive oil at £5.25
.
What can you buy with 25% off at Morrisons?
If you’re planning steak and chips for two, Morrisons lists its 227g British sirloin steak at £5.85, while a pack of The Best Triple Cooked Beef Dripping Chips is £2.25 in the event. That’s £11.70 for the two steaks and £13.95 with the chips. If you prefer the 227g British rib eye, it’s £6.11 each, taking the same shop to £14.47.
For sausage and mash, either the Ultimate Pork Sausages or the Signature Collection Bramley Apple Hog Roast Sausages cost £3 for 360g. Add the British All Rounder Potatoes listed online at £1.80 and a 200g pack of Tenderstem broccoli at £1.20.
Which prices are worth a look on the weekly shop?
The olive oil works out at £1.05 per 100ml, a handy figure to compare with the bottle you normally buy. There’s a smaller decision in the veg aisle too. The 330g broccoli works out at about 57p per 100g compared with 60p for the 200g pack, but if 200g is all you’ll eat, buying the smaller pack leaves 68p in your pocket.
If it’s something sweet you’re after, the four deep filled mince pies work out at 37.5p each. For a hot dessert, the 440g sticky toffee pudding is £3.38, a saving of £1.12 on the price in Morrisons’ event list. The Best wines are excluded, so don’t count on a bottle being discounted just because it carries the same name.
How to get the More Card price in store or online
In store, look for the More Card price on the shelf and scan your registered card or the digital card in the app before paying. If you’ve never used one, Morrisons explains how to register for More and start using the digital card. Online, sign in and check that the More Card price appears against the exact pack you’re adding, especially where a product comes in several sizes.
If you already use a cashback gift card at the till, scan your More Card first so you know what you actually owe. JamDoughnut lists Morrisons gift cards for in-store use, so look at the current rate and where you can spend the card before buying it. I’ve previously worked with JamDoughnut, and my JamDoughnut review explains how paying with a gift card works if you haven’t tried it before.
For an online order, there is a £25 minimum for home delivery, excluding delivery charges. A £30 grocery order also attracts a £3 small-order charge unless you have a paid Delivery Pass, and the delivery slot can cost extra. If you’re ordering just to get the £1.75 saving on the olive oil, that £3 charge alone outweighs it, whereas adding the bottle to a weekly shop you’re already having delivered is a different calculation.
