Free Day Pass to A Village Gym
Grab a free one-day pass to your local Village Gym.
You just need to fill out a short form, and the team will contact you to arrange your free pass. It can be used for the gym, swimming pool, steam room, or sauna, depending on what’s available at your branch.
The free pass may not be redeemable at Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Solihull, or Watford locations, so it’s worth checking before signing up.
I genuinely recommend Village Gym, it’s the gym I go to myself, and having access to the pool and spa facilities alongside the gym makes a big difference if you’re trying to stay consistent.
Free 30-day Apple TV Trial
You can get 30 days free of Apple TV+Â as a new or qualifying returning subscriber.
After the 30-day trial, the subscription renews at £9.99 per month, but you can cancel or pause it at any time before the trial ends if you don’t want to continue. If you cancel during the trial, you should still get full access for the entire 30 days.
The trial code must be redeemed by 7th January 2027.
Co-op £6 Freezer Favourites Pick & Mix Deal
The Co-op Freezer Favourites deal lets you pick any three branded frozen items for £6 if you’re a Co-op member, or £7 if you’re not.
It’s a pick-and-mix offer, so the products included change regularly, and availability can vary by store and online.
It can be a handy way to top up the freezer with branded favourites, especially if you choose higher-value items you’d normally buy anyway.

Free or Half-Price Mighty Slice Cheesecake with Cashback from Retail Convert
You can grab a Mighty Slice cheesecake either free or half-price thanks to a new cashback promotion from Retail Convert.
The offer covers three flavours: Caramelised Biscuit, Cookies ’N’ Cream, and Zesty Lemon.
Buy one at a participating Morrisons or Sainsbury’s store, keep your receipt, and submit your claim through the promo page.
There are 1,000 cashback rewards in total: 500 people receive 100% cashback (up to £3.00), and 500 people receive 50% cashback (up to £1.50). The reward you receive is chosen at random when you claim.
Cashback is paid directly into the same bank account you used for the purchase via Open Banking. Most payments arrive quickly, but you should allow up to three working days.
The promotion closes once all 1,000 rewards have been claimed, so it’s worth acting fast. It’s limited to one claim per person.

Buy 1 get 1 Free Holland & Barrett Flash Sale & Extra App Discounts
If you’re trying to get healthier this January, Holland & Barrett has a solid offer running on its own-brand vitamins and supplements.
There’s a buy one get one free deal across hundreds of own-brand products, mix and match. The sale is online only and runs until 13th January 2026.
If you download the Holland & Barrett app and use the code APP22, you can get an extra 22% off when you spend £40 or more via the app. This additional discount may end earlier than the buy one get one free offer, so it’s worth checking before you order. If the 22% code isn’t working, new app users should still receive 20% off their first order.
Until 8th January 2026, Holland & Barrett is running a money-off promotion you can use online, in the app, or in store.
You can get 15% off when you spend £30, or 20% off when you spend £40, using the promo code DECIDE. The code must be entered at the basket stage and can’t be used alongside any other discount codes.
The offer is available at hollandandbarrett.com, via the H&B app, and in store. If you’re shopping in person, you’ll need to show the barcode at the till before paying. The discount expires at 23:59 on 8th January 2026.
There are exclusions. The offer does not apply to protein powders, protein bars, pre-workout products, outlet items, at-home testing kits, H&B&Me tests, medicine and healthcare ranges, clearance or best-before items, marketplace products, or selected brands and ranges including Optibac, Seven Seas, Centrum, Berocca, Symprove, Rheal, and H&B Vitamins & Supplements Value range. Delivery is free on orders over £30, and same-day click and collect is also free when ordering online.
To stack the savings further online, you can go via the Rakuten cashback service, which is currently offering 6% cashback at Holland & Barrett. Rakuten also has a cashback bonus deal running where you’ll get £25 cashback if you spend £60 or more within 90 days. This doesn’t have to be in one transaction or with one retailer, so you could combine this purchase with other qualifying shops to hit the £60 spend. |
As always, cashback isn’t guaranteed until it's tracked and paid out, but when it works, this is one of the easiest ways to reduce the overall cost.
M&S £12 Winter Warmer Dine In Deal - Serves 2
Marks & Spencer has launched a Winter Warmer dine-in deal that feeds two people for £12.
The deal includes one main and two sides from a selected range. Mains and sides vary by store, but options include slow-cooked meat dishes and classic sides like mash, vegetables, rice, chips, and roast-style potatoes.
The offer is available in most Marks & Spencer food stores but excludes Channel Islands, M&S Outlets, WH Smith, High Street stores, and BP Connect locations. Prices, promotions, and availability may vary by store, online, and by day.
To save a little more, you can use the JamDoughnut gift card cashback app. Instead of paying by card, buy a Marks & Spencer gift card through JamDoughnut and use it to pay in-store or online. At the time of writing, the cashback rate on M&S gift cards is 3.5%, which helps bring the cost down a bit.
Always check availability in your local store, as the range can change.
Pizza Express - Buy One main, Get A Second For £1 (Plus earn 8.8% Cashback too!)
PizzaExpress is running a buy one main, get the second for £1 deal.
When you buy one qualifying main, the cheaper second main is reduced to £1. The offer is valid all day, every day, including weekends, until Thursday, 29th January, and works for dine-in, click and collect, and PizzaExpress delivery at most UK locations.
Qualifying mains include Classic and Leggera pizzas, salads, and Al Forno dishes. Romana pizzas are excluded from the £1 price point, but can still be included with the second main priced at £2.95 instead. Some locations are excluded, including airport sites, selected Welcome Break locations, and PizzaExpress Live venues.
How to redeem the £1 deal
If you’re a PizzaExpress Club member, log in to the free Club app, check in at the restaurant, enter your table number, and apply the offer in the app before paying.
If you’re not a Club member, you can request a code online by entering your name and email address. You’ll need to show the code to staff before paying. Each code can only be used once, so if you’re ordering more than two mains, you’ll need multiple codes.

You can also reduce the cost further by paying with a PizzaExpress gift card bought through the JamDoughnut gift card cashback app. At the time of writing, JamDoughnut is offering 8.8% instant cashback on PizzaExpress gift cards. This stacks with the £1 deal because a gift card is simply a payment method, not an extra discount.

IKEA Meals For 99p This January
IKEA has brought back its popular January food deals, with selected meals priced at just 99p for IKEA Family members.
Offers include a small breakfast, falafel with couscous, sausage and mash, and kids’ meals starting from 95p, all available at set times on weekdays.
These deals are ideal if you’re trying to cut food costs after December or want a cheap meal while shopping. Availability, times, and exclusions vary by store, so it’s worth checking before you go.

Types Of Deals:
Cashback Deals: A cashback deal means you must purchase the product and then claim a full refund from the promotion. So you'll need to keep your till receipt, then, using the links on the offer, snap a photo of it and upload it to the system, along with your name and address and your payment information, e.g., bank account or PayPal email address. Make sure you claim the offer quickly, as cashback deals have a limited number of redemptions. If you leave it too late, you might find you can no longer claim your refund!Â
Digital/Paper Coupons: Coupon deals are offers you'll receive in the store to claim in-store. More often than not, the coupon will be in a digital format (although you may be sent or come across a physical coupon from time to time) and will be sent to your phone to redeem in the shop. Some coupons don't work well on self-service tills, so to avoid delays, I'd suggest using a manned till to redeem this type of voucher, especially the newer type of coupons that have moving barcodes, which are a pain to scan; goodness knows why they think these moving barcodes are a good idea!
