M&S Cafe
M&S Café announces the Kids Eat Free offer is back this Autumn Half Term, offering one free £4 Kids’ Munch Menu when you spend £5 in the Café*.
Between 16th–20th October 2023 in Scotland, 23rd–27th October in England and Northern Ireland, and 30th October – 3rd November in Wales and ROI, kids can enjoy a £4 Kids’ Munch Menu on M&S every time you spend £5 or more in their Café**.
The Kids’ Munch Menu includes a main + snack + drink with a wide range of delicious choices. Mains include choices such as the classic Ham & Cheese Toastie, children’s favourite Cheese & Tomato Pizza and a warming Tomato & Basil Soup, also available with a gluten-free roll, and the snacks include Raspberry Jelly, Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies and Carrot Sticks. And, back by popular demand, our Percy Pig™ and Colin the Caterpillar™ Slushees are also included in the deal, as well as Milk, Babyccino or Fruit Juices.
PLUS, the Percy Pig™ and Colin the Caterpillar™ Slushee are now included as the drink option within the Kids Eat Free offer (with a total saving of up to £6.75 if you were to buy each product separately) as 1 of your 5 a day and with no added colours or sugar.
M&S has also introduced a gluten-free option to the Kids Munch Menu! Kids will now be able to order a gluten-free tomato and basil soup with a gluten-free roll. *£5 to be spent on non-kids food or drink in a single transaction. Morrisons Cafe
For every adult meal purchased that is over £4.49, customers can also get a kid’s meal free. (Offer excludes all Café specials) The deal will be redeemable seven days a week at every one of Morrisons 402 cafés, with no end date.

Hungry Horse
Choose any kid’s breakfast from Jammy Toast, Beans on Toast or Children’s Breakfast for free when you buy an adult breakfast for at least £3.49 in a Hungry Horse pub.
This summer, kids eat free breakfast at selected pubs only as an email-exclusive voucher. Please note this offer is only available at selected sites.
First, find your nearest pub that serves breakfast; then, if you’re not already, make sure you’re signed up to the email club to receive your voucher code. Each voucher will entitle the customer to up to 2 x free kids' breakfasts when purchasing a qualifying adult breakfast.
1. The voucher entitles customers to up to two free kid’s breakfasts up to £2.49 for free when you buy an adult breakfast for at least £3.49 in a participating Hungry Horse pub.
2. Your free kids’ breakfast must be ordered in the same transaction as the adult breakfast.

Asda
Children will get a £1 meal from 12 pm every day in 205 Asda cafes until the end of 2023. Kids across England and Wales can eat for just £1 at any time of day in Asda Cafés, seven days a week, with no minimum adult spend required. Baby food is also available as part of the initiative, with little ones able to enjoy a free pouch of Ella’s Kitchen baby food (70g pouch). You can order one £1 kids meal per child per day.
The kids menu has a variety of offers, including two new hot meals recently introduced - Penne Pasta with Meatballs and a vegan Hidden Veg pasta meal. The existing hot meals on the menu remain, such as fish fingers but will have the option of swapping out chips with a salad or peas.
In addition, children will receive a free piece of fruit such as an apple, pear or banana when purchasing the hot kids £1 meal deal.
As an alternative to a hot meal, Asda Café also offers a £1 cold pick-and-mix selection that includes a sandwich, drink and piece of fruit; the menu includes new treats such as a jelly pot with whole fruit pieces or a jelly squeeze pouch as an alternative to a pack of crisps.
Bella Italia
Kids eat for £1 with every adult main course Available between 4-6 pm Monday to Thursday. The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, set menu, voucher, discount or Tesco Clubcard. Not available at Center Parcs restaurants, Bella Italia Edinburgh Northbridge, or Bella Italia Milton Keynes Stadium (on event days). One adult main course must be purchased per kid to receive the offer.
Offer is valid between 4-6 pm on Mondays to Thursdays inclusive in England, Scotland, and Wales. The table must be seated before 6 pm for the offer to be valid; please inform your server when you arrive. If you sign up for the Brewers Fayre newsletter, you may also get a code that will allow you to get a Free Kids Meal Deal (3 courses) from the kids’ menu when accompanying an adult purchasing a main meal from the main restaurant menu or Sunday Roast at the same time. The Kids Meal Deal consists of a starter, main course and pudding only. The valid period is 14th July 2023 to 3rd September 2023, and the code can be used multiple times during the offer period, but only once per visit.
There is also a new Feed the Family menu, where 2 adults and 2 kids can eat for £18 from 16th to 31st October. The deal lets you choose two kids meals and two adults meals off the menu for £18 and you can add up to 2 extra kids' meals for £2.99 each. The feed the family for £18 menu is available Monday to Friday 12 pm - 6 pm. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or vouchers, including the Whitbread Privilege card.
Whitbread Inns

Ikea
Available daily from 11 am, those visiting IKEA stores across the UK can pick up a kid’s pasta with tomato sauce, a soft drink and a piece of fruit for only 95p. Usually priced at £2.20 for the dish and £1 for a drink, the offer represents a 70% saving.
All other children’s meals, including the likes of the Plant Balls with mashed potatoes, cream sauce and lingonberry and vegetable nuggets with chips and peas, can be picked up for £1.50. With a piece of fruit and a soft drink also included in the price, that’s a saving of over £2.
Try and get there early, as the restaurants get (flat) packed out ;)
Dunelm - Pausa Coffee Shops
Kids get one free Mini-Main, two snacks and a drink with every £4 spent by adults in its in-store cafes, Monday to Friday after 3 pm.
Table Table

TGI Fridays
Kids eat free every day when an adult purchases a full-priced meal. You must be a Stripes loyalty member (free to join). Kids can choose one of the following options from the Little League or Major League section of the TGI Fridays’ kids’ menu (including two sides from the kids’ menu): Fish Fingers, Tomato Tubes, Chicken Burger, Veggie Sausage and Mash, Boneless Bites, Fridays Hot Dog, Bacon Cheeseburger or Crispy Chicken Tenders.
Bill's
Up to two kids can eat free ALL DAY from Monday, 23rd October – Friday, 3rd November (excluding Saturday & Sunday) if one adult orders any main dish (breakfast, lunch, & dinner). Tesco
Tesco has brought back its kids eat free deal for the October half-term. Kids can eat at any time of the day, and this includes breakfast. You can choose from either a cold or hot meal, and the popular pick-and-mix deal includes one sandwich, one piece of fruit, 2 snacks and a drink. The adult needs to make a purchase, but there is no minimum cost requirement, so you can choose the cheapest item on the menu, perhaps a hot drink or biscuit, and the offer will be valid for the free kid's meal.
